Just imagine this…. You have worked all week, grinding the worlds obstacles, just got home. The body is sore and tired, muscles are pushed to the brink, the mind mentally fatigued. You jump in the shower to wash the stress away and come out ready for your’ in home massage, there is nothing better!
Massage is becoming more recognized as preventative maintenance then just pampering. 62% of Americans adults who had a massage in 2018 received it for medical or health reasons such as pain management, injury rehabilitation, or overall wellness. 19% of the 62% where conducted in home according to AMTA.
Massage is a great way to reduce stress, headaches and overall tension. Increase circulation and muscles function throughout the entire body. The better circulation flows you'll have less fatigue due to more oxygen distribution to the whole body!
“In the past, migraines and injuries to my neck, back, and knees would keep
me from living the life I wanted spending time outdoors...Dustin doesn't just treat
symptoms, he goes after the root cause...I’m grateful to report that I'm experiencing
fewer migraines each month...Investing in regular treatments with Dustin is one of
the best things my husband, Justin, and I have done for our personal and professional lives because everything's better when you aren't experiencing chronic pain”.

I knew early on that massage was going to be a big part of my life! At about five years old my mother grabbed a reflexology book and my feet. As I got older, she started to include massages after sporting events as well, that’s when I notice the difference and benefits in my recovery time. In high school, I started working on swim teammates and baseball teammates. I gained a great understanding of the body before I ever actually learned about the body.
Prior to becoming licensed in 2012, I was a mechanic, construction worker then went back to being a mechanic in the service this time. I feel that is how I gained a lot of my strength and dexterity! I served just under five years in the Army with one deployment of 16 months to Afghanistan and grew so much as a person. With the personal, mental and physical growth I knew that I was ready for the next chapter in my life,
After leaving the service, I became a Licensed Massage Therapist and know that I’m doing exactly what I was meant to do. I graduated top of my class with Alpha Beta Kapa Honors and was hired by a chiropractors’ office before I had completed my clinical hours. While at the chiropractor office I earned my chiropractor assistant certificate and an associates degree in business. From there I tackled my next task and assisted in opening a clinic in Chandler. The next several years I spent focusing on mastering my massage skills and preparing to go on my own with Phoenix Holistic!
With Phoenix Holistic my goal is to be more than just massage. I find being an educator and facilitator are key components to clients recovery while providing confidence for sustainability after recovery. I practice several massage modalities ranging from stress management relaxation to functional movement and recovery. I try to focus on educating the clients throughout the session, as much as they are willing. The more the client knows and understands about their bodies the better the healing process will occur. With my background strongly in Structural Integration bring balance to the body is key..... With that in mind, all massages are contoured to your specific needs and wants!
